Bottle Green Tartan Checked Italian Wool Mens Robe
This was a rare find from my Canadian supplier. It is an ex-designer fabric, 100% wool, fluffy and heavy (almost like a blanket but not quite as heavy), and is Italian made. This is a very special fabric and very hard to photograph. It is a deep bottle green with checks in black, navy, red and tan.
It would suitable for someone who lives in a colder climate, but is not lined like some of my other dressing gowns.
It is dry cleanable or super careful hand washing (no machine washing). I will include instructions.
There is no lining on this dressing gown. It is a simple wrap and tie with silk lined patch pockets. Photographed here with the cuffs turned up. They can also be worn folded down.
They are all limited edition and bespoke pieces. I have no more of this fabric and cannot make to order, unfortunately.
THE DETAILS:
*There are two silk lined patch pockets.
*Simple wrap and tie, no lining
*The entire length of the front edges of the robe and around the collar is top stitched by hand, similar to a mens hand made suit, so that the collar edges do not roll and always lay flat.
*100% wool, soft fluffy hand feel, heavy weight but unlined
*Shaping at the waist can be achieved with the tie belt
MEASUREMENTS:
*The measurements are of the garment laying flat on the table and with buttons done up, NOT of the person wearing it. Contact me with questions if you are unsure.
*The overlap in the front of the gown is 6" or 15cm on all gowns.

In Australia, the gowns will be shipped Express Post with signature so that they arrive safely.
