Purple, Violet, Navy Blue Wool Robe (Small, Medium, Large only)

This is an fabulous fabric. It is 80% wool and 20% polyester which makes it hand washable. The stripes have got a herringbone pattern and run in opposite directions within the stripes. It’s lightweight and not lined.

So, for those of you that have some heating in the house and only want a light but warm layer, this is the robe for you. For those of you in colder climates, it’s good for in between seasons or if the days are still warm and the nights get a bit chilly.

This particular one I purchased in Canada. It came from a garment manufacturer in the east, out of Montreal. I brought it back in my suitcase while visiting family. The one thing that I could not ascertain is the country of manufacture. This roll was leftover from the winter manufacturing.

The Details:

*These are all limited edition. Proudly 100% Australian made by me.

*There are two silk lined patch pockets at the front hipline.

*Long sleeved simple wrap and tie. Shaping at the waist is achieved with tying the belt.

*The collar and all down the front edge of the garment is hand stitched, like a man’s suit to ensure that the collar lays flat and doesn’t roll.

*This robe is available in Australian sizes Small, Medium and Large which is slightly smaller than US sizing and slightly larger than UK sizing. Small (8-10), Medium (12), Large (14).  

*The fabric is 80% wool and 20% polyester). It is dry cleanable or hand washable. Detailed instructions will come with the garment.
